CBA and its partners hire and train from the community and recruit specialists to live and work in the South Side community, building a diverse and skilled workforce in medical services, healthcare administration and business management.

Nursing Recruitment

CBA is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic professionals for a well-staffed nursing team that is working to achieve health equity for older adults on the South Side.

Loan Repayment Program

CBA will help employees advance their careers through loan repayment programs. Nurses may get 60% of their outstanding, qualifying loans repaid over two years and an additional 25% over three years.

Continuing Education

CBA prepares its staff for excellence in care by training them in the latest technology and the best practices to deliver safe and effective care. By providing a road map for results, caregivers can make a difference to resolve health inequities in the South Side older adult population.

Entry Level Positions

CBA is looking for people from the community to work as scribes, medical assistants, nursing assistants, pharmacy technicians, administrative assistants, and other skilled roles.
